After reading the first book in the trilogy, Vortex of Deception, I could barely stand waiting to see what happens next. The author did not disappoint in Vortex of Evil. The adventure picked right up and took off in entirely new and unexpected directions. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the realistic characters. I'm also slightly worried that the author knows something about the future and is trying to warn us.
Get the books and hang on for a great ride!

After a great read on the first book of the trilogy, I hoped for the best for book 2 and was not disappointed. Taylor's attention to detail is great, keeping a lot of story lines (across the time/space continuum) up in the air and keeping the reader right in the middle of the action. Left me racing to get to book 3. Another great effort.
Good plot, interesting turns, secret plans, and a bit more techy with the involvement of the people of the future. Overall, I liked this book better but the story is obviously not finished. Beginning book 3 tonight.
Well I was expecting `different' because of the innovative Book 1, now i am not sure. While I like the overall story I found this part to be rather too different - almost bordering on the ridiculous. I fully appreciate the nature of the plot but this new tack by the author all happens too quickly. One minute the lead players arrive in future world and are held in custody and in the next day or two they are on holiday and involved in a revolution! Now I intend to bear with it and go for Book 3 but was expecting a more balanced story.
Book was great, can't wait for the rest of the story and characters. Kept my attention and interest the whole book
I enjoyed the first book and wanted to see how the adventure continued. I was not disappointed. Scott Taylor keeps the reader engaged and excited. Good read for all.
I enjoyed the story line, the characters were so well done that I wanted the story to keep going. Jumping back and forth in time was a little confusing at times but over all I really enjoyed the book.
